Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Playcific Technologies regarding your access and use of the Playcific platform, mobile applications, and court management SaaS.
1. Definitions & Platform Ecosystem Roles
For the purpose of these Terms, the platform operates through three distinct roles:
- Super-Admin (Playcific): The technology provider facilitating court discovery, automated booking synchronization, software uptime, and direct settlement transfers.
- Shop-Owner (Venue Operator / Partner): The independent proprietor or authorized management operating the sports facility, turf, box cricket arena, or badminton academy.
- Customer (Player / Team Captain): The individual or sports group using Playcific to search, reserve, and pay for sports court slots.
2. Venue Listing & Shop-Owner Obligations
By listing a sports venue on Playcific, the Venue Owner agrees that:
- All court rates, surface information, sports supported, and operating hours provided during onboarding are accurate.
- The venue will honor all online bookings confirmed through Playcific and will not unilaterally double-book the reserved court.
- The venue maintains proper lighting (floodlights), clean court surfaces, safe netting, and required local commercial licenses.
- Any manual walk-in or offline bookings will be blocked in the venue's Playcific account immediately to prevent scheduling overlaps.
3. Customer Booking & Payment Policy
When booking a court through Playcific:
- Advance (Partial) vs Full Payment: Depending on the venue's policy, customers can pay a mandatory advance deposit (e.g. ₹500) online to lock the slot, with the remaining balance settled directly at the venue counter upon arrival.
- Instant Slot Locking: Upon successful digital payment verification, the slot is confirmed immediately and marked as unavailable to other players.
- Arrival Timing: Players must report to the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend the end time of the booked slot.
4. Venue Revenue Settlements & Payouts
Playcific processes payouts for online collections directly to the Venue Owner's registered Indian bank account via automated NEFT/IMPS/UPI settlement cycles. All settlement logs, UTR numbers, and deduction breakdowns (if applicable) are accessible in the Venue Owner's Playcific account.
5. Code of Conduct & Ground Rules
- Players must wear appropriate non-marking shoes for indoor wooden courts and non-metal studs for AstroTurf pitches.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and unruly behavior on court premises are strictly prohibited.
- Venue operators reserve the right to deny entry to individuals who violate facility safety guidelines without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Playcific is a sports-tech platform facilitating connections between venue owners and players. Playcific is not responsible for personal injuries, equipment damage, lost personal belongings, or physical altercations occurring on venue grounds. Players participate in sports activities at their own risk.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
